"Chocolate Creamcheese Squares"
For this receipe, you will
need
a 9X11 pan. No need to grease it.
Preheat oven to 350.
2 small or 1 large refrigerated
chocolate chip cookie dough roll.
2 8/ounce packages of cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of
vanilla extract
Cream the eggs,cheese,sugar and
vanilla. Slice the cookie dough and
place half of them on the
bottom of the pan. Press
down to form a solid
layer.
Pour the cream cheese mixture
over the first layer of dough and
then layer the remaining cookie
dough over the top of the mixture.
No need to
press these
since they will spread to cover
the top as they bake.
Bake at 350 for approximately 18
minutes. The time varies per
oven. You will know they
are done when the cookies have
browned. You
should insert a
toothpick to the center. When
it comes out clean, the
center
is cooked.
